Businesses, cycling groups and government organisations have all shown their support for the Munda Biddi Trail by contributing either to trail construction or projects undertaken by the Foundation. Major trail partners who have helped fund the construction so far are DEC, Alcoa Australia, and the Department of Justice, with additional support from Lotterywest, the Waters and Rivers Commission and Water Corporation. Recent funding for the Foundation has been received from the Department of Local Government and Regional Development which will assist with building the Events Calendar program, Volunteer Management Program, Partnerships and to redevelop the website. Regional and local governments along the trail alignment have also contributed to the trail and the Foundation including the South West Development Commission, Peel Development Region, and the Great Southern Development Commission as well as Shires along the trail route:
