Continue ShoppingThere are two types of Trail markers — those located on yellow posts and on trees. Both use blue triangular markers with the reflective yellow Munda Biddi symbol. As a general rule the posts are situated every 1km or when required at critical intersections. Tree arrows are designed to guide you between the posts and are placed every 200-300m. Even though the Trail is well marked, it is possible to miss the directional marking for a variety of reasons. Therefore ensure that you know how to read the map and understand the terrain profiles. Cautionary signage is also used to indicate oncoming hazards or obstacles such as steep descents, water crossings, gates and major road crossings.
