As our volunteer community continues to grow, we've introduced a new Volunteer Management System powered by Better Impact to make it easier to stay connected with the Foundation and fellow volunteers. The new Volunteer Portal gives you one place to manage your personal details, log your hours, access opportunities and resources, and stay informed.

How to Set up your Better Impact Account

The Foundation has emailed your Better Impact login details. To get started, simply follow the step-by-step in the email or in the Volunteer Guide below. If you can't find the email, please check your junk or spam folder.

For ease of access Better Impact is also available via an APP.

How to Log Hours & Reporting Maintenance

Volunteer hours and maintenance reports are now managed in separate systems accessed via in the Volunteer Hub.

• 🕒 Volunteer Hours: Log these through your Better Impact portal.
  
  
• 🛠️ Trail Maintenance: *Report via the existing MBTF Reporting Form.
  
  *You may notice a few minor changes to this reporting form. We've updated it to make reporting quicker and easier, while helping us better capture the information needed to support trail maintenance, volunteer programs and future planning.
